Refund Policy

Our approach

Because Action Kits are delivered instantly and can't be "returned", we review refund requests individually.

When we'll help

• The files are broken, corrupted or won't open, and our troubleshooting steps don't fix it.
• The product is materially different from its description on the kit page.
• You were charged twice for the same product by mistake.

How to request

Send a message through the contact form within 14 days of purchase. Choose "Refund request" and include the email you used at checkout and a short description of the issue.

What we can't refund

Change-of-mind requests after the files have been downloaded are generally not eligible, since every file is listed on the kit page before purchase.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the consumer laws that apply to you.
