How to use this tracker
- Add one row the same day you send an application — it takes under a minute.
- Set the Status with the dropdown as things move. The only statuses that matter are the honest ones.
- Put a Follow-up Due date on every new row, and check the list once a week. Follow-ups are the part of a job search that dies without a tracker.
- The counts on the right (Applications, Interviews) fill in automatically.
The three sample rows are fictional examples — replace them with your own entries.
This free tracker is a simple starting version of the system in the Get Hired Action Kit, which adds the planning worksheets, interview preparation guides, follow-up email templates and AI workflows around it.
